There are many benefits of collaboration.  It improves client care, and ameliorates compassion fatigue and burnout to name a few. I have 20 + years in the mental health field facilitating workshops, groups and educational classes, while engaging in a variety of milieus-private practice, administration and public service. I utilize a myriad of techniques gleaned over the years to address the healing and needs of the whole person.
